7-days Goods Returns
Your interest is protected by our “7-days guaranteed return policy”, we accept products sold by 9°Beauty E-shop with not more than 7 days after the payment date (based on the delivery recorded by our company). Please contact us by email: info@9-beauty.com.

Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
·  Any product that is returned more than 7 days after the payment date.
·  Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
·  Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
·  Any discount, clearance or sales product that has already stated non-returnable.
·  Any free gift product and samples.
·  Any product that is purchased at 9°Beauty retail stores.
·  In the event of dispute, Zenico (Asia) Co., Ltd. 's decision shall be final and conclusive.
 
Responsibility Policy
All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. The right of ownership would be transferred to receiver if the product is dispatched by the delivery agent successfully.
 
Return Procedures
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
  1. Contact us at order@9-beauty.com
  2. Provide us with your Order Number, indicate returned products and the reason for your return.
  3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
  4. Send the returning items by mail to: Zenico (Asia) Co., Ltd, Flat I-J, 9/F, Block 2, Kwai Tak Industrial Centre, 15-33 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong
  5. All return delivery fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
 
Return Policy
Please note that before returning any product sold, we will first verify its condition. We do not accept any Non-returnable items.
We regret that we do not refund original delivery and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products in terms of online cash coupon. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
 
Refund Online Cash Coupon Procedure
The refund will be issued by 9°Beauty online cash coupon within 1 to 2 weeks by email for substitution. If any related administration fee is/are charged for refund transaction, 9°Concepts will directly deduct from the refund amount and bear no responsibility.
 
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax, refuse to provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue an online cash coupon refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 50% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of HK$50 will be deducted from your refund or arrange for delivery to World Trade Shop at Causeway Bay for self-pickup)
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged HK$55* for resend shipping fee per parcel.
* Re-delivery fee is based on the original delivery method used for your purchase.
